365 DAY RETURNS.

With our simple returns process, you can shop online worry-free.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your qualifying item(s) for a full refund within 365 days of delivery – no catches or exceptions!

  • Returns must be unworn with the original tags attached (including the security tag, if applicable) and with the original packaging; returned merchandise that does not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for a refund. 
  • Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer’s remorse returns, such as an item didn’t fit, didn’t like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc. plus a 30% restocking fee
  • We will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product.

Because of the size and weight of the Home Gym Supreme product, we do not offer a refund for any shipping or delivery charges you may have paid to receive your product

If your product has shipped, even if you have not received your machine, the return shipping and restocking fees above will apply.

How to Return an Item:

1)To initiate a return for an exchange or refund, please email us at support@homegymsupreme.com stating your reason of return and attach images/video of the product.

2)Once your request is approved, we will email you the return address and may request the tracking numbers of your item(s).

Order Cancellations

Order Cancellation before Shipment:

If you need to cancel your order, you must cancel within 48 hours to receive a full refund.

Contact us via support@homegymsupreme.com to have your order cancelled immediately. Please provide the order details, including order number, receiver's name and/or email address. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 3 business days.

Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error

If there are mistakes with your order, or products arrive defective/damaged at the time of receipt, we’ll make it right by:

  • Sending you replacement parts or accessories
  • Replacing the product or
  • Issue a refund** 
  • And we’ll also cover the cost of any return shipping
  • If the product is not defective, return shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued

Products Returned After 365 days

We will not accept a return for a refund after 365 days from the date marked on the original packing list.

What is Refund Process?

We inspect all returned items when they arrive at our processing facility. If your return is a result of an our error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and original shipping charges.

If you return an item that was opened or shows signs of used, we will issue a partial refund minus restocking fee (20% of item’s cost).

You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks based on these factors:

  • The time required for return shipping (up to 14 days)
  • Product inspection at our return facility (up to 5 business days)
  • Processing from your financial institution (up to 5 business days).


You will be notified via email with the details of the refund and we will issue the refund back to the form of payment used to make the purchase.
